Master Brewers Association of the Americas (MBAA) and Cask Brewing Systems collaborate on MBAA Beer Packaging Technology, 2nd Edition Book, Small Scale Canning Lines, expect deliveries of the hardback copies by mid-May.
We are excited to announce that we have collaborated with the MBAA to create a new chapter in the second edition of their MBAA Beer Packaging Technology book. It’s the most up to date English language packaging book on the market which will be a standard in the industry. The new edition will include a chapter on small scale canning lines and their operations featuring Cask canning systems, due to hit shelves mid-May.
This is an extension of our past collaborations with the MBAA. Our original presentation at their annual Convention in Portland in 2012 was so well received that they invited us to speak at their brewing courses. This then led to the request to include it permanently in their segments on small scale packaging.
